Submission Guidelines

Papers should present original research that has been authenticated with analysis, simulation, or experimentation. 

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the proceedings of IHCI-2025 and submitted to Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), Springer.

The technical committee of the workshop will review the submitted papers based on their novelty, technical and/or research content/depth, clarity, relevance to the subject, contributions, and usability.

Paper Submission: The papers may be submitted in the following categories.

Full papers (10 ~ 12 pages) are invited that describe developed work. Authors of papers reporting experimental work are encouraged to make their data and experimental results available online or via data publication.

Poster/ Short papers (4 ~ 6 pages) are invited to share novel ideas that may not have been fully developed but are in progress.

The submitted paper should be in English and PDF format, must strictly meet the LNCS (Springer) Template and should be submitted using the Microsoft CMT portal. The paper should include the title, abstract, keywords, and complete academic information of authors. The submitted paper will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin. 

Kindly note that if a paper receives a High Similarity Score (>15%), it will be investigated, and if it is found to be plagiarized, it will be rejected/withdrawn without a formal review.
